Purchase, delivery & refunds
eSIM PINK sells travel data eSIMs to customers in PayPal-supported markets. All displayed prices and checkout totals are in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees shown during payment.
Before you buy
Check the destination, validity, daily data allowance and reduced speed. You need an eSIM-capable, network-unlocked phone and an internet connection to install. These plans provide data, not a local voice number. Activation rules vary by product; follow the supplied instructions.
Payment and delivery
We accept PayPal. An approval or return to our website is not proof of payment. Your eSIM is ordered after the payment provider confirms a completed payment. Installation details appear on your private order page after issuance. Keep your order page in the same browser and download the installation details when ready. Do not repeat a purchase if issuance is delayed.
Cancellation and refunds
Contact support with your order number before installing or activating if you need to cancel. Eligibility depends on the issuance, installation and activation status and applicable consumer rights. If issuance fails or the product cannot be provided, contact us so we can verify the records and arrange a resolution or refund where due. Refunds are not instant or automatically guaranteed. Nothing here excludes your statutory rights.
Privacy
We process the selected product, payment amount and status, payment and supplier references, and encrypted installation information to deliver and support your order. PayPal processes your payment information; we do not receive your card details. Essential cookies protect access to your order. We currently do not use advertising trackers. Deleting cookies can prevent access to your order; download the installation details and retain your PayPal receipt. Do not share activation details with others.
